2011 was a huge milestone in Maccabi VAC history, since due to the laws during the II. World War, the Maccabi VAC has not had an office. This year, the office was successfully completed, furnished, and ready to go!
We had a tremendous amount of help to achieve this goal, from Jewish and non-Jewish groups alike, specifically the Israeli Cultural Centre and the Hungarian Zionist Group, who helped us secure the perfect location and equipment. The new office has already been visited by Motti Tichauert, the president of the European Maccabi Confederation, and Rabbi Carlos Tapiero, the Maccabi World Group’s president of education.
